Purpose:

This machine is designed according to customer requirements and is mainly used for spreading hot melt adhesive powder, activated carbon mixed rubber powder, drug mixed rubber powder on non-woven or woven fabrics, and composite materials such as non-woven fabrics, lining fabrics, and knitted fabrics. It is also used for thermal composite processing of films and non-woven fabrics. Widely used in industries such as clothing, footwear, automotive interiors, carpets, bags, and filter materials.

Features:

1. Adopting an imported temperature control system to ensure a constant temperature in the drying oven, with a temperature difference of less than ± 2 ℃, to ensure stable product width;

2. Adopting energy-saving and energy-saving insulation oven to prevent temperature loss;

3. The stirring and vibration system of the powder spreading head ensures uniform powder spreading on the surface of the material;

4. The mechanical width is customized according to the material width.

5. Cooling method: Water cooling or air cooling can be used.
