Equipment Overview


This equipment is fully automatic laminating production device that adopts advanced "glue spraying first, powder spraying later" technology. It is specially developed to solve the problem of firm and uniform loading of activated carbon powder in automotive air filter products.

The equipment precisely sprays molten hot melt adhesive onto the substrate, and then evenly spreads activated carbon powder on the adhesive layer. After pressure and solidification processes, it forms a laminated filter material with strong adhesion, uniform carbon powder distribution, and high porosity.

 This process completely avoids the pre mixing of carbon powder and rubber powder, greatly reducing dust flying and improving the quality of the production environment and the utilization rate of carbon powder.
